SYNOPSIS:
Settle in with the residents of the Roaring Twenties for a night of drinks, revelry, rabble-rousing and, well, more drinks, in the Ross brothers stunning play with the reality-show format. The Roaring Twenties is a bar off Las Vegas’ tourist strip. It plays host to a bevvie of regulars who spend their nights – and lives – away carousing the good times with their favourite drink and amongst friends. But it’s a sad night as the dive bar has reached its end and when the last punter is turfed out, it will close for good. Well, not quite. Bill and Turner Ross’ barfly doc isn’t all it seems. It would be churlish to give the game away here, especially when 98 minutes in the company of these good, not-so-good and downright awful people is such an unforgettable experience. Just hunker down with a drink and enjoy. (Then, when you’ve recovered, read all about the film.)
