SYNOPSIS:
A moving film based on a modern monument of Colombian literature, the memoir of Héctor Abad Gómez written by his son, Héctor Abad Faciolince. Sampling the violence related to Colombia’s political events during the last three decades, the writer describes his family’s story and the events surrounding the killing of his father, a University Professor who promoted tolerance and human rights in his country.
